Russell has thirty year's experience at spit roasting. He had his own very succesful and very busy traditional,country butcher's shop with over 27 years experience in buying top quality meat.You would often see long que's out of the shop for his Barbecue meat selection especially on hot weekends. After selling his butcher's in 2002 he decided to concentrates on the catering side of the business, to offer a more comprehensive selection to party solutions.
