Russell has thirty year's experience at spit roasting. He had his own very succesful and very busy traditional,country butcher's shop with over 27 years experience in buying top quality meat.You would often see long Que's on hot weekends at his shop for his Barbecue meat selection. After selling his butcher's in 2002 he decided to concentrates on the catering side of the business, to offer a more comprehensive selection to party solutions. All meat is selected and sourced from local farmers who can meet the special requirements needed to spit roast to perfection.
One of his biggest ever events was the Red Bull's soap-box derby at Knebworth, cooking for over 600 guests in the hospitality tent.And very recently 1100 Scout leaders for there after camp Jamberee party in August 2008
